Jenerous Bodycare provides respite from the grind and a reboot for the nervous system.

Having grown up in Seattle, I spent most of my formative years here. I come from a lineage of doctors and nurses and thus have a deep respect for the power of Western Medicine. I have also come to understand its shortcomings, specifically in regards to preventative measures that reduce our reliance on drugs and invasive procedures.

In 2004, my life changed with a car accident. After receiving massage therapy as a treatment for recovery, I became convinced of its healing properties and knew I had to learn more.

I graduated from the Brian Utting School of Massage in 2007 and started my practice soon after. In 2012, I traveled to Thailand to learn Thai Massage first hand (and foot) from a master. In 2014, I began making my own body care products.

Over the past decade I’ve studied extensively from amazing teachers in areas of deep tissue, visceral/abdominal massage, myofascial release, neurofascial, structural integration, reiki, and craniosacral massage. Presently, my practice encompasses all I’ve learned so that I can serve my clients the best I know how. I am constantly looking for new ways to offer holistic healing, and empower others to discover the ways they can heal themselves.
