Jenerous Bodycare offers massage therapy and natural bodycare products to support your innate healing potential.
When I first came to see Jen, it was after a month of almost daily migraines. I was scared and confused because even though I had suffered from occasional migraines for many years, I had never experienced them so frequently. Jen calmly and thoroughly helped me devise a treatment plan. She gave wonderful massages that relaxed me during visits, and assigned targeted ways to re-prioritize my own self-care between visits. I still have a stressful job and two small children, but I no longer have frequent migraines. Jen’s compassionate and skillful care was instrumental in helping me demystify, manage, and eventually find relief from debilitating migraines. I highly recommend her comprehensive approach to wellness.

Jen is intuitive, knowledgeable, and creative. Between a car accident, a very active job, and various athletic ventures, she’s creatively and successfully treated my sternum and hip injuries, hand/arm post surgery, and a myriad of sore and tight muscles. She’s amazing!

I’ve had work done by other LMTs and Jen is by far the most skillful and nurturing practitioner that has worked on me. She asks insightful questions, is very attentive and aware, and picks up on all the things that other people typically miss.

Learning Thai Massage
I had the privilege to study traditional Thai massage in Thailand with a wonderful teacher, Homprang. She and her husband Christopher own and run the beautiful Baan Hom Samunphra retreat center just outside Chiang Mai, Thailand.
Walking Tours in Cambodia
I know you're probably hoping for some photos of white sandy beaches or Thai massage, but you're going to have to wait on those. I've been delighting in Art Deco. What a peculiar thing to find in Southeast Asia, you might say. Well, I thought the same until I decided...
Songkran to Mae Sariang
Yesterday Justine and I arrived in Mae Sariang, a sleepy little mountain town in northern Thailand. It feels so peaceful up here; last night I slept for 12 hours. There's been a lot of activity packed into the last couple weeks and this feels like a chance to process...
Hello from Phnom Penh!
I’m in Cambodia! Last night around 12 am my friend Justine and I arrived after 18 hours of travel. Funny sidenote: this WordPress app wants to autocorrect Phnom Penh to “phenomena openhanded” which I have to say poetically describes…
Tummy Time

Saturn Returns
It was one of those exceptional Seattle summer days that stretches far into the evening. Noah’s sister Abbie and I walked up to Volunteer Park to see some stars. As we entered the park, a couple stopped us excitedly, saying: “There's a guy at the donut with a HUGE...
Pregnancy Massage
I love massaging pregnant ladies! It is such a joy to have a “hand” in growing a precious little being. Massage is hugely beneficial for the mom and baby during these potent months. I have been lucky enough to massage my sister, Sarah, in her pregnancies and in the...
Desfruta la Fruta
I have a favorite Spanish phrase: "Desfruta la fruta" which means "Enjoy the fruit". Alliteration is always nice, and even nicer in Spanish! The fact that I know this saying just reminds me that Spaniards eat more fruit than those of us in the United States. They...
