Hi to all who enjoy watching the learning process on camera! I’ve started recorded Insight Session Interviews.
I really fumbled this week on zoom and fb live, and have had a huge vulnerability hangover for days after. All part of the learning process. I’m still committed to putting out these short interviews to help uplift small businesses and share tips for stress and health during quarantine. I get hyper-critical of myself watching the playbacks and find it difficult being in front of the camera, but I know I feel called to do this right now anyway. All in the name of sharing ideas and being connected. We’re all searching for new ways to cope with a new normal and deal with grief. Please know I feel you and hold space for whatever your process is right now. For me, it means facing my fears in fits and spurts intermixed with days of quiet processing.
Watch the first Insight Session with my good friend Jeff Leisawitz, Creative Coach.
Jeff is unabashedly devoted to his creative process. His mantra is to be seen, heard, felt, expressed, and wants us all to feel the same. Jeff cranks out great content all the time – writing, music, photography, videography – and teaches workshops about all of it. He also presently teaches music at the college level. He just produced a song with 30 musicians and artists, called Love in the Age of Quarantine AND his birthday is today. Happy Birthday, Jeff! Watch the interview below and share what you think in the comments.
